Louisiana’s National Hunting and Fishing Day – Baton Rouge

National Hunting and Fishing Day is back!
Waddill Wildlife Refuge
Baton Rouge, LA
8 AM - 1 PM

Join us for a FREE event that will include fun and informative exhibits on LDWF’s research and conservation efforts, as well as shooting and fishing demonstrations, and many other exhibits related to outdoor adventures!

The Baton Rouge Event will feature:

▪ Free Fishing Tournament (Open to Kids 12 and Under)
▪ Fishing (Open to All Ages)
▪ Canoeing
▪ Shooting Activities
▪ Outdoor Exhibitors
▪ Live Animals
▪ Archery
▪ Casting Inflatable
▪ Fisheries Mobile Touch Tank
▪ Door Prizes

This event is held nationwide on the fourth Saturday of every September to recognize generations of sportsmen and women for their contributions to conservation.
