This weekend introductory course on Shamanism will introduce you to key techniques required for Shamanic Journeying, a core element of shamanic practice.
Shamanic journeying is an ancient practice used in cultures all over the world to access guidance, wisdom and healing.
This course is a pre- requisite for all our one year shamanic training courses and our monthly journey circles. It gives you the opportunity to meet us and see if you feel good working with us before you sign up to longer commitments with us. We look forward to meeting you.
On this course you will learn :
-About Shamanism and other realities
-Space clearing and creating sacred space
-Journeying to the Lower and Upper Worlds to get in touch with your Power Animal and Spirit Guides
-Using drumbeat to change your consciousness
-Working in pairs to get guidance for each other
-Divining using tools from nature
This weekend is ideal for beginners and those wishing to deepen their experience of shamanism.

-Blanket, for your comfort while journeying
