Concert in the Park - Elise Boulanger

Elise Boulanger brings her cinematic indie-folk music to captive audiences at the next Concert in the Park on August 13, from 7 - 8 pm at Sunstone Park.

Elise Boulanger is a sweet darkness wrapped in orchestral instrumentation. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, this operatically trained artist completely captivates audiences with her haunting avalanche of a voice. Boulanger is a bilingual environmental advocate that creates cinematic dreamscapes atop orchestral strings, piano, drums and ukulele.

She is reminiscent of Kate Bush with her angelic yet raw dramatic artistry. Her actions are bold and beautiful as she teaches audiences how to live well with the planet. She has performed for some of Western Canada’s largest events including Canada Day Victoria. Boulanger’s most recent release is the music video “Chrysalis.”
