Collaborative Community Sound Sessions with Becca Binsted and Amanda Maurice:
Step into a restorative evening with Becca Binsted and Amanda Maurice, where breath and sound come together to support your well-being and inner harmony. This collaborative session layers the nurturing practice of mindful breathwork with the calming resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, inviting deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
The experience guides you to soften, release, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Sound vibrations move through your body, encouraging release where it is needed, while breathwork anchors and balances energy throughout your system. This is a moment to pause, to let go of stress, and to receive the gentle support of sound and breath working in harmony.
You will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and replenished, carrying the calm and clarity from this experience into the rest of your week. It is an evening to honor yourself, to cultivate presence, and to embrace the restorative power of breath and sound together.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(**This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, a journal if you like, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Fisherman's Hall.
***You may also e-transfer $40.00 to avoid Eventbrite fees - this can be sent to YmVya2FuYXNvbmcgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ==. Please make sure to include your email in the notes.***
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a subsidized ticket. These community-focused sound baths are meant to be accessible to anyone in need of a little self-care.
