Mark your calendars for our next Coffee Walk & Talk on Friday, June 13th from 12–2 PM @brewtusroasting, 20 Hallwood Drive, Delmar.

Let’s trade the clinic for fresh air and real conversation. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, pelvic floor questions, or just need a supportive space to move and chat — this is your invitation. Gentle walk, warm coffee, and meaningful connection. 💬👟✨

We’ll meet at 12:00 PM and start with a casual walk along the rail trail—perfect for strollers, carriers, and great conversation. Afterward, we’ll head into Brewtus to enjoy coffee, pastries, and connection.

👶 Want to try babywearing? I’ll be bringing a few carriers if you’d like to try wearing your baby or toddler!
🤱 New and seasoned parents—with or without little ones—are welcome!
