A guided walk with grounding breath, movement & earthy wonder
Join us for a gentle evening journey into the wild beauty of Norfolk County.
We'll begin with a short grounding practice led by Anissa — a soft opening of breath, body, and presence — to attune ourselves before wandering with Sam, who will guide us on an exploratory walk into the local ecosystem. Sam has been studying Zoology and Geography at Guelph University for the past few years, and brings a rich, down-to-earth awareness of the land, its creatures, and subtle stories.
This is a chance to slow down, connect, learn, and re-enchant your relationship with nature — together.
