Let go of stress and tension in this immersive experience of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, water sticks, drums, and more—each instrument selected to support your body, mind, and spirit in recalibrating toward balance and peace.
🧘♀️ Whether seated or reclined, you’ll be held in a supportive, non-judgmental space that encourages emotional release, presence, and transformation. Visualization techniques, soothing sound frequencies, and salt-infused air work together to open the heart and calm the nervous system.

A former software engineer turned wellness practitioner, Adam offers sound therapy, detox coaching, and stress-reducing practices to support deep healing and vitality. Together, he and Ileana co-facilitate weekly sound meditations through MyAbun.dance.
