As the cacao opens the heart space, we’ll move into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to support relaxation, clarity, and emotional release.

This sacred circle is an invitation to pause, receive, and remember that you are supported—by the Earth, by your inner wisdom, and by a loving universe.
