We’ll begin with aromatherapy using essential oils 🌿 to awaken your senses, followed by gentle seated movement 🧘♂️ to activate the body and prepare for deeper healing. Light lymphatic drainage techniques ♻️ help support detoxification and restore energetic flow.
The experience concludes with breathwork 🌬️ and a guided meditation 🧘, guiding you into a deep state of inner peace and connection ❤️—all amplified by the therapeutic environment of the salt room.
