Yoga + Community (movement, breath work, journaling, mini workshop)

Sacred space. Community. Flow. This class structure has evolved & shifted a bit and I’m very excited to share! Women & men are welcome in this sacred space as we create community, learn breath work, yoga flows & movements, and I teach mini workshop style class. You will leave refreshed & inspired. The intention of this class is to connect in body, mind, spirit & community. Your yoga, your mat. Always.

Great for all levels & genders, no yoga experience required, and especially those looking to connect in community.
You're welcome to bring your mat, water, tea, a journal, and/or a friend. I have a few on hand and you're guaranteed to make some friends just from one class 🙂

Doors open at 5:15 p.m., class begins at 5:30 p.m. and we wrap up ~ 7 p.m.
