The Nurture Series is a monthly class designed to give you the tools to access the natural calm that lives beneath the surface of everyday stress. Having personally overcome many years of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, I know the power of these gentle practices. Through conscious awareness and learning to respond differently to life’s challenges, I transformed my health and my state of being.

After 26 years of deep emotional and mental work, I am filled with joy to share what truly made a difference for me. These creative visualisation exercises are the foundation of becoming the calm, happy, and balanced person you’ve always longed to be.
