Nurture Class - De-Stress

Hey beautiful women,
As most of you know I have cancelled my opening due to the extreme heat. As I really want to do exercises outside and work with you with the fire releases so we are holding a destress class that starts at 2:30 and ends at five it will be inside my house in the air air-conditioning. Let me know if you can make it love you to send me a text so I can get correct numbers. Last time people said they were coming but I didn’t know who they were. So I couldn’t do an update to them.
