I am excited to announce the next outdoor and waterfront walking adventure for "Soulful Mums Rising" at Cottonwood Walk Path Deception Bay. It is approximately a 2.0km round trip. Event Details: Date: Sunday 30th November Time: 8am - 10am Meeting Point: 3 Captain Cook Parade Deception Bay (Carpark and table area near the big tree) Walk from above meeting point to Main Terrace Park (1km down and back) Cost: Free What to Expect? Meet & Greet: First up we begin with an opportunity to meet and greet other fellow mums, creating connections that can last a lifetime. Educational Health and Wellness Talk and Tips: Secondly there will be some valuable health and wellness info and tips shared about the amazing benefits of movement and exercise and what it does for your brain, body and wellbeing. Discover how movement and outdoor activities in nature can boost your health and wellness and help you create a strong inner foundation. Walk: Thirdly we will enjoy a walk in the fresh air, sunshine, blue skies along the beautiful waterfront of Deception Bay, connecting, laughing and chatting with each other, making great conversations, whilst taking in the stunning waterfront and nature views along the way. Cool Down & Mingle: Lastly after the walk, take some time to cool down, rest, continue with chats and connections and get to know each other better. Plus have a drink/brunch at Mermaids By The Bay Cafe (within a short walk from the meeting place). The Soulful Mums Rising Community is about supporting the rise of mums into empowered levels of health, freedom and fulfilment by using practical strategies such as movement and exercise, which tap into their powerful resources within, so that they have a strong, unwavering inner foundation of energy, calm, strength and resilience.
