� Joyful Transitions is proud to announce our *first* Wellness Resource Fair at **Decatur Christian Towers** on **August 11th**.
This event is designed to bring essential services directly to seniors and vulnerable community members facing food insecurity.
Through partnerships with dedicated vendors, we will connect Medicaid clients to paid in-home caregiving services, assist with Medicaid applications, and (pending final approval) provide support for SSDI/SSI applications through the SOAR process.
Organizations serving seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness, or other vulnerable populations are encouraged to collaborate with us.
