-One ready-to-bake loaf you’ve shaped in class, to finish in your own oven for that fresh-from-home magic

Whether you’re a total beginner or have dabbled in bread baking before, you’ll learn the tips, techniques, and timing that make great sourdough possible — all in a welcoming, flour-dusted, and slightly bubbly environment.
