Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Meditation - Autumn Equinox

The sound and vibration of Crystal bowls and musical instruments reduces stress, tension, and creates a relaxed meditative state.

Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and Discover healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations.

Price is $22 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
