A Dungeons & Dragons Epic Charity Event: "Magma Mirror"

"Magma Mirror" is a Dungeons & Dragons' 5th Edition Epic, an adventure that multiple tables of gamers participate in at one time. The participants play at different levels but under one main storyline, meaning what happens at one table can impact the entire group of players! This is a charity event for the Beja Shriners' Transportation Fund ( https://bejashriners.com/).
THE ADVENTURE: Two Demonic lords seek the devastation of one of the surface world’s greatest cultural and knowledge centers, Mt. Wuldorr. This destructive assault will occur during the cherished Clockwork Creature Contest, an annual event where creative clockwork builders show off their treasured - and deadly! - creations.

YOUR HOSTS: Heroes B&B's Professional Game Masters will be leading "Magma Mirror." Heroes B&B's D&D adventures and their unique style of play has been rated 5 stars by more than 175 gamers throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Heroes B&B is known for immersing their D&D adventurers into fantasy realms, using videos, digital encounter maps and vividly painted gaming miniatures.
GAMING DETAILS: The epic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, for approximately 8 gaming hours, starting at 11 am and concluding about 8 pm, and will include breaks for meals and a silent auction (featuring lots of cool D&D items!). Two tiers of playing levels will be available for participants, including Level 8 (mid tier) and Level 12 (mid tier).
COST: Mid-tier is $80 per player for the 8-hour event. High tier is $100 per player. High tier players will play on digital encounter maps - shown on flatscreen TVs - for about half of the epic. They also will be part of a final encounter that will feature 3D battle terrain and perhaps the most memorable encounter of their D&D-playing careers. A limited number of high tier spots will be available and be sold at a first-come, first-serve basis.

CHARACTER CREATION INFO: Participants will be able to create their own characters using parameters that Heroes B&B will provide. See the "Discussions" area of the event for details. Heroes B&B also can provide characters for participants if they so choose.
CHARITY INFO: Proceeds from "Magma Mirror" will go to the Beja Shiners' Transportation Fund. You can see the event's fund-raising page at https://bejashriners.com/ There also will be a Silent Auction and a separate Raffle full of terrific D&D accessories, miniatures, etc. The proceeds from these also will go to the charity.
