The Morrigan: Meeting the Great Phantom Queen w/ Salem

The Dark Mother is calling… The Morrigan is a goddess from Irish mythology that has a complex history. Many spiritual practitioners have stated that she is an unsafe deity to work with and steer newer practitioners away from working with her. But to those of us who have been fortunate to see her in her truest form, she is a fierce warrior and protector of her devotees.

The Morrigan is the Irish goddess of War, Death, Prophecy, Personal Sovereignty. She is a complex goddess who can be seen as either a single deity, or as a trio of sisters, and her most common symbol is the crow. In this workshop we will… -Meet The Morrigan in a guided pathworking -Discuss her most common symbols and associations -Discuss tools we can use to commune with The Great Phantom Queen -Discuss how we can incorporate The Morrigan’s energy in our personal craft -Hold space to share our experience and hear others’ experiences with The Morrigan

Salem Hoff (she/they) is a tarot reader, Oracle, and devotee of The Morrigan. Salem has been a card slinging witch for over 6 years, and completed training to become an Oracle in 2024. They have been a devotee of The Morrigan since the summer of 2022, and working with the Great Phantom Queen has been the catalyst for so many aspects of Salem’s craft. One of their most important goals in this life is to bring the knowledge of using tarot as a tool of development and personal growth to people, and help them hold the space for that personal growth.
