Mindful Moments: Goats, Crafts & Connection

🐐🧘‍♀️Join us for a creative twist on meditation—where art, movement, and goats come together for a one-of-a-kind experience! In partnership with Sense of Healing, this four-session series invites you to unplug and reconnect through active meditation and simple, soul-soothing crafts—all in the joyful company of our friendly goats. 🐐🧘‍♀️

Each session blends light, intentional movement with hands-on creativity like coloring, painting, or crafting while calming soundscapes flow around you. No pressure to sit still or “clear your mind”—just show up, breathe, and create in a peaceful farm setting.

Whether you're new to meditation or just need a different kind of reset, this series offers a playful, accessible path to mindfulness.
