ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Set yourself up for BIG THINGS in 2026! No matter where you are in your running journey, our programs are designed to support your performance goals from all sides! It's not about being better runner, it's about being YOUR best self!
Three programs - Base Camp, PR Primer, Full/Half - or train with us all year round!
ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE
- Daily schedule with training tips
- In-person coached sessions 1-2 days per week
- Additional group run and event opportunities

BASE CAMP PROGRAM (12 WEEKS)
- Build general endurance and strength, and refine mechanics.
- First in-person - Thursday, January 8th
- In-person session on Wednesdays or Thursdays @ 6pm
- $125 for non-members
PR PRIMER SPEED DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (8 WEEKS)
- Improve lactate tolerance and specific power.
- First in-person - Thursday, April 9th
- In-person session on Tuesday or Thursday @ 6pm
- $85 for non-members
FALL HALF/FULL MARATHON TRAINING (16-20 WEEKS)
- Develop fitness specific to the half and full marathon.
- First in-person - Thursday, June 4th
- In-person sessions Wednesdays @ 6pm & Sundays @ 8am
- $180 for non-members
SAVE ON FULL YEAR TRAINING (all 3 programs)
- $350 for non-members (save 10%)

PREREQUISITES
Before beginning these programs, we recommend that participants (1) be able to run at least 3 days per week (or average 20 miles weekly), (2) run a 5k in < 35-minutes, and (3) run/walk at least 60 minutes to ensure a safe and successful training experience. If you are not currently meeting these benchmarks, we suggest starting with our Run/Walk Interval Training Program to help build a strong foundation.
