About the event

Germanfest Picnic
Founded in 1983, Dayton’s Germanfest Picnic is a family friendly, 3-day celebration of the Miami Valley’s rich German heritage. “Get YOUR Gemütlichkeit on” on August 8, from 5-11 p.m., 9 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy delicious homemade German food, music, bier, cars, bounce houses, cultural exhibits, genealogy and more. Polka Mass at 10:00 am Sunday.
