Negroni week at the DH

The Negroni takes centre stage this week.

We’ve built a menu of seven different takes on the world’s most iconic cocktail – from refreshing fruit-driven riffs to smoky, savoury twists that push the boundaries of the original.

Highlights include the Negrananas, where tequila is infused with pineapple skins for a tropical lift, and the bold Pepperoni Negroni, built on pepperoni fat-washed gin and charred bell pepper vermouth – a playful nod to Beppe’s famous pizza. Coffee lovers will gravitate towards the Coffee Negroni with its rich, bittersweet edge, while the Strawberry Negroni and Orange Negroni showcase fresh, bright flavours. And, of course, our Classic House Negroni is here to keep tradition alive.
