Relax and Stretch

Relax & Stretch is a soothing 30-minute session designed to help you unwind. Whether as a perfect cool-down from the previous class or a stand-alone experience, this class focuses on stretching, flexibility, and breathwork to promote relaxation and restoration.
All levels are welcome. A mat is suggested.

Cost: Residents $8 | Non-Residents $10 - If you pay for the whole session you get one class free.
If you sign up for both Mindful Movements and Relax and Stretch cost is $15/ $17 for combined classes. ($3 off)
Time: 5:20-5:50 pm
Ages: 16+
Location: Kitchen School (4010 S State Rd, Davison, MI. 48423)
