Mat Pilates (Session 2)

With the help of our certified instructor, you will use just a mat and your own body, to dive into a series of controlled movements that target your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your posture. With every stretch and toning exercise, you'll build balance and stability while pushing your limits in a fun, low-impact workout. Whether you're a newbie or a Pilates pro, this class is designed to challenge and transform your body, leaving you feeling more connected, powerful, and ready to take on anything! *Bring your own exercise mat
