OWN IT at UC Davis is an annual women and nonbinary led leadership conference that works to elevate the next generation of young leaders entering the workforce. OWN IT strives to empower attendees to reach for the stars to achieve their highest aspirations, hosting an environment of passionate industry professionals of all backgrounds for attendees to broaden their network and hear from diverse experiences. Join us for a transformative day of a thought-provoking panel, interactive workshops, and an inspiring keynote session from trailblazing women leaders across industries.

Rooted in the symbolism of the celestial sky, crescent moons represent powerful feminity as women entered the workforce during the Industial Revolution, as well as periods of change.
