Join us for a learning session, date night, or solo community hangout. Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together.
Capture the taste of summer—one jar at a time! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make bright, flavorful jams and jellies using Pomona’s Pectin– a healthy, high in fiber, non-GMO, GF, and naturally vegan gem which allows you to preserve seasonal fruit with less sugar and/or honey. We'll walk through each step of the process, from prepping fruit to proper canning techniques, so you can feel confident and safe preserving your favorite seasonal fruit at home.
We’ll be making a plum jelly and peach jam, or similar flavors depending on seasonal availability. Whether you're brand new to preserving or looking to lighten up your recipes, this class will set you up for your best jam season yet.

What is the difference between jelly & jam? Jelly is made with fruit juice, resulting in a clear, firm, and smooth spread. Jam, on the other hand, uses crushed or chopped fruit, leading to a thicker, chunkier spread with pieces of fruit.
