This weekend is perfect for anyone wanting to press pause, listen and understand themselves and their horses better, develop new ways of being that are built on safety, relationship and connection.
What to Expect
Over two days, we’ll explore how our internal landscapes shape our external relationships—especially the one we share with our horses. Through a combination of personal development, nervous system work, and embodied horsemanship, you'll be supported to:
- Build self-awareness, inner regulation, and emotional resilience
- Deepen you & your horse's capacity for attunement
- Release held tension
- Create a grounded, safe presence for your horse to lean into
- Grow trust and mutual understanding through gentle, non-escalating techniques
- Hear what your horse has to say—and respond with presence and empathy
- Learn some simple, transformative exercises to facilitate connection with your horse
Come as you are. This weekend is a soft landing space for both you and your horse to reconnect with your authentic selves and each other. You’ll leave feeling more alive, more aligned, and more together.
All are welcome— regardless of discipline, background, or experience. What matters most is your willingness to listen, grow, and honour the wisdom your horse offers.
