Sometimes you just need a pennant hanging in your room that says something nice. And sometimes you might need one that says something snarky! Here is your chance to make your own pennant or banner using felt applique techniques and the Library's craft supplies. Come with your own simple idea or use one of our predesigned templates. Teens only (ages 11-19) and registration required.
