Join us for this years annual Gypsy Highway Blues Festival, featuring some of the Top bands in the area, and The Jason Wells Band is back in town from Indiana. This will be an outdoor show. Outdoor seating is first come, first serve, or feel free to bring a lawn chair to set up in the grass by the stage. Admission is $12 at the door for all day long entry. This years Lineup includes the following Bands:

5:30-8 pm, Blues Deluxe featuring Chris Avey
8:30 - 11 pm, John Resch & Doggin' Out, 2024 Iowa Blues Challenge Winners, & International Blues Challenge semi-finalists.
About Jason Wells Music
Hailing from a small Indiana town, Jason Wells developed a passion for music through his father's diverse record collection. Inspired by the likes of Peter Frampton, he dreamt of a career as a guitarist. Self-taught since the age of 12, he briefly set aside his musical aspirations for a conventional life. The 2008 economic downturn changed everything. Job loss became the opportunity for Jason to pursue music full-time. The passing of his father in 2011 fueled his commitment to live his dream. Armed with minimal equipment, Jason passionately played, turning dreams into reality.
Now, the Jason Wells Band, starting from scratch, boasts five CDs, radio airplay, and notable performances at venues like Buddy Guy's Legends and the Dallas International Guitar Festival. Additionally, they have shared bills/stages with Eric Johnson, Samantha Fish, Candlebox, and more, becoming a fixture in the Midwest music scene. Jason's contributions extend to speaking at Elmhurst College and crafting a guide for aspiring musicians.
From a small-town dreamer to a Midwest musical force, the journey of the Jason Wells Band is one of determination, passion, and leaving an indelible mark on the music landscape.
About Blues Deluxe with Chris Avey:
Chris performs a Mix of Blues, Rock, Funk and Soul, Chris has a solid range of musical talent, playing lead guitar for 35 years all around the country (ok, and Canada, too). Hes the front man in popular Blues Band, The Avey Grouws Band who performs Powerful, Billboard charting band merges the various musical sounds found along the Mississippi River. He is accompanied by Blues Man, Ricardo Burris in the Blues Deluxe Band.
John Resche & Doggin' Out:
John Resche & Doggin' Out are the 2024 Iowa Blues Challenge winners, and International Blues Challenge semi-finalists, Doggin' Out, is a 4 piece band playing original and covers of West Coast swing and Chicago electric blues.
Led by 2025 Iowa Blues Hall of Fame inductee, John Resch.
