This Saturday and Sunday night it’s all happening at Dom’s cocktail bar and lounge, Shop 7/60 Aralia St, Nightcliff from 6.30pm. So the first song I will perform on the evening will be, “The Larrakia Song” which I wrote about six years ago after I was approached by someone at The Happy Yess who asked, “are there any Larrakia songs around”? I replied not that I can think of and off I went on a mission to write a song in English about my feelings being Larrakia and living in harmony in Darwin. This is a warm and welcoming song that invites you to celebrate Larrakia land with me, other Larrakia and our multicultural community. The new updated second version of the song is a more modern and extended than the original. I hope to see you there 🖤💛♥️🎶🎼🎵🎼🎶🎼🎵🎼🎶
