Stair Challenge - Long or Short Courses

Cool Down Area - Ice Bath / Recovery Zone



Towels & Water Provided. Change room/toilet on-site.
Car parking at TIO Stadium Carpark on South Side. ENTRY VIA Bonson Gate.

Course / Time Limit:
This is not a timed event. Members will have the long or short course option with plenty of rest stops on the way.... take a seat anywhere!!

TIO stadium has 12 bays of stairs with 36 stairs each.
Including going up and down stairs:
One lap is 864 stairs.

Melbourne Cricket Ground has 7300 stairs. That's 8.5times on TIO to run/walk the equivalent. Are you up for the challenge....
