Create a personal yoga routine you can return to, anytime, anywhere

Starting a home yoga practice can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. In fact, building your own practice can deepen your experience in class and support your health, wellbeing and connection to self beyond the studio walls.

In this down-to-earth and supportive workshop, you’ll explore:

🧘‍♀️ Why home practice matters and how it supports your yoga
🧘‍♂️ A sample practice you can do at home (we’ll try it together!)
✍️ Simple ways to draw and remember poses
📓 How to create your own short sequence that suits you
💛 The chance to test it out, ask questions, and walk away with something personal and practical

This session is suitable for everyone—whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reignite your self-practice. You’ll leave with a short routine and a toolkit of ideas to help you begin (and keep going).

No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to give it a go.
