Fostering healthy food choices can be difficult when faced with a busy schedule. This workshop provides parents with practical tips to support their child's growth, learning, and wellbeing through nutrition, as supported by recent research. A key component of the workshop is dedicated to healthy lunchbox ideas, with a focus on how to avoid common allergens (like dairy) while packing nutrient-rich lunches that are both delicious and safe. The goal of this workshop is to equip parents with the confidence to make informed food choices for their families.

Presenter Bios
Linda Conder is a Nutritional Medicine Consultant with more than 7 years of experience. Her mission is to help others achieve optimal health, with a focus on gut health and chronic conditions. Linda is passionate about staying up to date on the latest research in order to offer the best evidence-based advice to other busy mums, like herself.

Laura Thiele is an Associate Nutritionist who takes a holistic approach to nutrition. She specialises in women's health, pregnancy and childhood nutrition. Laura is passionate about helping individuals and families overcome challenges related to digestion, fertility and healthy eating habits.
