The Wandering Cook, returns to The Sail Loft Dartmouth, for a vibrant Spanish-inspired summer tapas pop-up – a celebration of bold flavours, relaxed dining, & Mediterranean sunshine on a plate.
Drawing on 20+ years of experience, including time with culinary legends like Angela Hartnett, Mark Hix and a decade as Head Chef at Mitch Tonks’ Seahorse Restaurant, Jake’s cooking is all about seasonality, simplicity, and soulful flavour.
This two-night event promises a relaxed atmosphere & a menu full of traditional & modern Spanish small plates, perfect for sharing & pairing with a glass of something cold.
