BIG CANOE Social Paddle

The Fairbanks Centre 54 Locks Rd, Dartmouth, NS (part of thr Shubie Canal system)

Open to all - no experience necessary!

If you have paddled a big canoe before this can be a half day on the water in the big canoes to practice what you've learned.

If you have not been in a big canoe before this is an opportunity to try paddling in one with an experienced big canoeist.

Bring something to eat, water, and dress for the weather!

Although we will not dump the big canoes on purpose, in case you get wet, make sure you bring a change of clothing in a waterproof bag or container to take in the big canoe with you.

CKNS paddles lifejackets and all safety equipment for the big canoes will be provided.

We well limit the number of participants to about 15 people. Register below!

Please, if you do sign up, and circumstances change for you so that you can't go, please let us know so we can give your spot to somebody else.
