Mini Mindfulness

In this enchanting session, children will step into a world of wonder—where dragons can be kind, clouds can carry dreams, and every feeling is welcome. Through simple breathing games, songs, guided visualisations, and enchanting tales (as well as some puppets with big feelings!) we’ll help young minds grow calm, curious, and connected.

The session is designed especially for early years children, offering a playful space to listen, imagine, move, and rest. With soft cushions, cosy corners, and lots of opportunities to giggle and share, whilst reading stories that soothe the soul.

Whether your child is a roaring lion or a quiet mouse, there’s a place for every personality in our story circle. Let’s stretch our imaginations, wiggle out our worries, and find stillness together—one magical moment at a time.

For 3-5 years and their grown-ups. Tickets just £4 per person. Sessions at 10:00am & 12:30pm
