This course will help you gain a more complete understanding of why we meditate; the importance of developing a mindful meditation practice.

We will explore the stages of the path, deepen your own practice, and develop your ability to present the teachings in a clear and genuinely helpful way to others.

Dates: Every day from Monday August 18- Thursday 21

Times: 9:30am-2:30pm each day
