Time for another long run!
This weekend we’re teaming up with Midway Mile Chasers and Lyons Run Club, because tough miles are always better with friends

🕔 Early crew: Meeting at 5:00 AM for those with higher mileage
🕕 Official meetup: 5:45 AM, takeoff at 6:00 AM sharp

💧Hydration will be provided
Feel free to Bring a snack or something to share for after the run! (Not necessary)
