Weekly Qigong classes in Canterbury:
The Tai Chi/Qigong class in Darfield starts on Thursday, 18th September, from 11am-12pm
Your 1st class tuition fee is $10
This is what awaits you in this Qigong/Tai Chi class:
> We begin with a 10-15 minute Qigong warm-up sequence
> Learn Tai Chi breathing and the flow of "The Crane opens its Wings"
> Experience an "easy-to-follow" Tai Chi sequence
> The final part is a "Stillness Qigong" exercise performed while sitting on a chair.
