Dragon Pearl Qigong

This one-day course prepares you for the change of seasons and welcomes the qualities of Spring with “Dragon Pearl” Qigong.

In Tao Qigong, Spring is associated with the liver, gall bladder, the tendons and the "windows" are the eyes.
The movements of the exercises you learn are performed in a soft, flowing rhythm, which can improve breathing, blood circulation and vitality. Tendons, fascia, ligaments and muscles are massaged, and breathing becomes deeper.

The "Secret of the Inner Smile" connects you with your vital organs and brain. This ancient Taoist practice enables you to energise different areas in your body within seconds, and expand healing energy throughout the body, reaching each body cell to effect rapid change. The Inner Smile is the opening key to communicating with ourselves through feelings. This ancient practice is "Stillness Qigong", sitting on a chair.

The "Inner Smile" is the perfect complement to the energising movements of the "Dragon Pearl" Qigong. We can start with the "Inner Smile" before or after "Dragon Pearl" Qigong. This ancient Taoist practice leads to deep inner relaxation, which has a revitalising effect and can help improve our health and vitality.
