YOGA~Holds with Gentle Flow

Thursday July 31st @6:00pm at The Larimar Lotus. 🧘🏽 ALL LEVELS WELCOME~~ Even if you’ve never done yoga~~ come yoga with us! It’s a great time to try it!🧘🏽

Gently flow through various yoga poses while connecting mind, body and breath for a beautiful yoga experience. Holds (holding poses) help to build strength and stability.

This is a multi level class with plenty of options to modify poses led by KerriBeth.

Bring your mat! We have extra if you need one . (blocks, straps and knee pads will be available, feel free to bring your own if you have them)

Cost is $10.00 ($12.00 if paid by card)
