The workshop will include stretching, joint mobility, waking up energy centers, strengthening exercises, core building essentials, and isolation practice!

This is a great workshop for anyone wanting to improve balance & stability, core, and overall body awareness!!

It also is fabulous for preparing the body for Latin and standard dance!!!!!!
