A peaceful night of lunar insight-oriented reflection.

Regulate the nervous system & free the flow of Qi for mind, body & spirit.

With mindfulness-based somatic practices that combine yin-yoga, qi gong & breath, followed by a sound bath & guided meditation.

Offering more conscious connection as we gather in community! All levels are welcome.

*Feel free to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, crystals.
