Breathe & Receive: A Breathwork and Sound Healing Journey with Amy
We begin in community — chatting, walking through the space, and settling in. Then, we drop right into it.
Amy guides you through 30–35 minutes of active circular breathwork — a rhythmic, continuous breathing technique that encourages deep oxygenation, emotional release, and a calm, present state of mind.
Following the breath journey, you’ll lie back and bask in a 20–25 minute Sound Healing integration, allowing the body and mind to process, rest, and receive. Music is woven throughout, and Amy offers intuitive energy healing — both hands-on and hands-off — to support you throughout the experience.
✨ What to Know
• Breathwork is best on an empty stomach. Please avoid eating 1–2 hours before class. You’re welcome to bring a light snack for afterward.
• Dress in layers and bring a warm blanket — temperature shifts are common.
• An eye mask is optional but encouraged for a deeper inward journey.
