Cardio Kickbox w/Instructor, Nancy Nork

Instructor, Nancy Nork is back at the Danvers Baptist Annex building behind Fast Stop for Cardio Kickbox!

This is a beginner-friendly class for adults. Please bring a mat, water bottle, and wear clothes appropriate for cardio exercise.
