Navigating Difficult Relationships- a workshop with David Longhini

We all have difficult relationships somewhere in our lives. They can seem totally overwhelming. It is easy to fall into coping mechanisms and strategies to try to change others to get our needs met. These strategies often cause us pain and sabotage our relationships in subtle ways. But if we can choose to accept ourselves and our needs openly and clearly everything can change. This class will discuss and practice several ways to recognize and do this for yourself.
