Breathe into Sound Healing

Drop into a deep state of bliss in this session at our cozy space overlooking the Quinebaug River. You will settle into your nest of pillows, bolsters , blankets and an eye pillow which are all provided, hammocks are available first come first serve. You will be guided into relaxing breathe work transitioning into a healing Soundbath by Soma Breath-work Coach and Certified Certified Sound Healer Beth Fallon for a reset of your nervous system and deep rest for you on every level of your being. Doors open at 5:30 pm to allow for settling in. Please bring any additional items that support your healing journey, water, extra blankets or pillows, crystals,journal etc. Space is limited to 8 participants to allow for an extra-special experience.
