There are TWO participation options available to choose from:
***ALL DAY CROP*** - Cost is $125.00 and includes: a great luau themed lunch, at least a 4ft crafting space (no more than 2 people per 8ft table with room to bring your own smaller carts and stands), a goodie bag, two fun project kits, and door prizes throughout the day. This cost includes the evening of Stampin' Bingo and all that's listed with it below (a $65 value)!
***STAMPIN' BINGO ONLY*** - Cost is $65 and includes: dinner, a bingo card for 6 games of Bingo (PLUS a blackout round) with fabulous papercrafts themed prizes, 3 make n takes, and a goodie bag filled with beautiful Stampin' Up products!
You are invited to bring snacks and/or drink for the share table. (Water, ice, coffee and candy will be provided.) While we will have limited access to refrigeration, I recommend you bring a small cooler to have with you to keep things cool.
There will be a freebie station where you can bring unwanted items to share with others, and can maybe find something useful to you too! Any remaining items on the freebie table at the end of the night will be donated.
I will have a vendor booth set up that will be stocked with some cash & carry kits and other products for sale, along with various adhesives, papers and more, in case you find yourself needing them throughout the day. All will be priced ahead and can be purchased via cash, FB pay, or Venmo. Sorry, I don't have a card reader and won't be able to accept credit cards or checks at that time.
We're going to have an awesome time so get out your hawaiian shirts and hula skirts and come join the fun!
Important Information: The crop room does have some outlets along the walls. Please bring a surge protector, extension cords, and painters tape for your cords if you have items that need to be plugged in.
The crop is from 10am-9pm. The doors will not be open before 9:30am and they will be locked up again at 9:30pm. I will be at the door at 9:30am to welcome you into our crafting space, and will give a "time to wrap up" notice at 8:45pm. If you need more than 45 minutes to pack up and be out of the space, please start a bit earlier. We want to be respectful of the Rescue Squad and their space.
