🎶 Vocal Practice with Gala
The House of Cilture invites you to a warm, vibrant, and resonant gathering 🌿
🗣 Each of us is born with an instrument. It’s always with us — warm, alive, unique — our body and voice.
But do we really know how to use them?
Do we let ourselves sound to the fullest?
During this practice, we will:
💨 learn to breathe in a way that engages the whole body
🔊 activate and feel bodily resonators
🎼 explore the Indian system of vocal scales
🪕 and, of course, sing together — we’ll learn an African song accompanied by the live rhythms of the Ngoni harp.
🦋 The session is led by Gala — a musician, traveler, and seeker of sound knowledge gathered piece by piece across Russia and Europe, on the streets of Africa, and from Indian masters.
Gala’s path is about voice as experience, sound as a journey, music as living connection.
