Sami is a highly experienced sports performance, gymnastics & Crossfit coach. Passionate about physiology, rehab/prehab and athletic potential.
With certifications in the following;
• Degree in physical Education
• Crossfit Level 3
• British weightlifting L2
• PT ereps 4
• Specialist in prévention L2 ( rehab-u)
• Speacialist in mouvement rehab L2 ( rehab-u)
• Adeps Gymnastic trainer
And work experience in;
• 2 years gymnastic artistic coach
• 8 years Crossfit/weightlifting/ PT / specific physical preparation coaching
• 1 years teaching in higher education institution for coaches
